1.  Appointment of Executive Director                                           
In accordance with Section 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE      
Limited, shareholders are advised that Leslie Alan Davies has been              
appointed Chief Financial Officer and to the board of Lewis Group Limited       
with effect from 1st April 2007.                                                
Les Davies has been with the group for 19 years and has held the position of    
Finance Director of the operating company for 17 years.                         
2.  Appointment of Chief Operating Officer                                      
Lewis announces the appointment of Johan Enslin as Chief Operating Officer of   
the group effective 1st April 2007.                                             
Since joining Lewis in 1993 Johan has held various operational positions within 
the group.   For the past 5 years he headed up the operations of Lewis and      
Best Electric.                                                                  
He remains a director of the operating company.
