received notification from Ricus Grimbeek, a Person Discharging Managerial      
Responsibilities, that he exercised an option on 14 February 2007 over 7,668    
ordinary shares of $1 each of the Company at an exercise price of 942p per share
under the Lonmin Executive Share Option Scheme and sold all of the shares       
arising at a price of GBP32.24 per share.
