In fulfilment of an obligation imposed by Section 324 of the Companies Act      
1985 and DR 3.1.4 R and DR 3.1.6 R, on 4 January 2007 Lonmin Plc received       
notification from the Trustee of the Lonmin Employee Benefit Trust that         
Alan Keeley and Ricus Grimbeek, Persons Discharging Managerial                  
Responsibilities (`PDMRs`) exercised options granted under the Lonmin Share     
Plan as detailed below:
