Results of the voluntary offer to all shareholders of Namsea other than Bidvest 
Namsea shareholders are advised that the voluntary offer by Bidvest to all      
Namsea shareholders other than Bidvest in terms of the circular to Namsea       
shareholders dated May 22 2006 ("the offer"), closed on September 15 2006.      
The offer was accepted in respect of 6 759 558 Namsea shares comprising         
approximately 16.6% of the Namsea shares subject to the offer and approximately 
5.8% of the total Namsea shares in issue.
