RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING                                                      
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of PSG shareholders held   
today, 12 June 2006, the resolutions as detailed in the circular to PSG         
shareholders dated 22 May 2006 regarding the proposed merger with Arch Equity   
Limited were all passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special  
resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
