Companies Act 1985 and DR 3.1.4R to DR3.1.6R, it was notified on 9 February 2006
that Karen de Segundo, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 1,488 of 
the Company"s ordinary shares of $1 each at an average price of 2103.78 pence   
per share on 7 February 2006.                                                   
Mrs de Segundo now holds a total of 1,488 shares in the Company."
