LEVERAGED BONUS SCHEME                                                          
In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited   
("JSE Listings Requirements"), the following transactions, in respect of which  
prior written approval pursuant to paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listing            
Requirements has been obtained, are hereby disclosed -                          
On 25 February 2005, Netcare announced the implementation of a Leveraged Bonus  
Scheme which resulted in transactions on 30 November 2005 as follows -          
a)   Nature of Transaction - Automatic cash settlement of European style call   
options - strike price 567 cents per share and cash settlement at VWAP price of 
683.5 cents per share -
