of the Company, that he was notified on 30 September 2005 by his Personal Equity
Plan administrators that he had become interested in 19 additional Ordinary     
Shares of US$1 each fully paid in Lonmin Plc. The shares were acquired on 30    
September 2005 at a price of 1299.65p per share.
