Shareholders are advised that the company"s annual financial statements for the 
year ended 30 June 2005 were posted to shareholders on Friday 30 September 2005 
and contain no modifications to the preliminary results, which were published on
31 August 2005.  The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte &     
Touche and their unqualified report is available for inspection at the          
registered office of the company.                                               
Notice is given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company  
will be held in the EG Pringle Conference Room, Douglas Roberts Centre, 22 Skeen
Boulevard, Bedfordview on Wednesday 26 October 2005 at 12:00 to transact the    
business as set out in the notice of annual general meeting which forms part of 
the annual financial statements referred to above.
