We refer to the SENS announcement dated 09 September 2004, whereby it was       
announced that N Weltman had entered into a hedge over his shares over a one-   
year period, with an expiry date of 09 September 2005. Resultant from this      
transaction, N Weltman has sought to dispose of a portion of his shares and to  
enter into a new option collar.
