Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on the          
Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 18 April 2005 of PSG Group"s       
audited results for the year ended 28 February 2005, PSG Group advises that its 
2005 annual report, which incorporates the audited annual financial statements  
for the period, is being dispatched to shareholders today, and contains no      
changes from the SENS announcement.                                             
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of PSG   
Group will be held at the Lanzerac Hotel, Lanzerac Road, Jonkershoek,           
Stellenbosch, on Friday 24 June 2005 at 12h30 to transact the business set out  
in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in PSG Group"s  
2005 annual report.
