DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS                                         
Shareholders are advised that the release of the financial results for the six  
months ended 31 December 2004 has been delayed, due to the delays experienced in
the timely implementation of the new IT system.                                 
Further to Cashbuild"s second quarter operational update published on 12 January
2005, shareholders should note that prospects for Cashbuild are still in line   
with those referred to in the aforementioned update.                            
The results for the six months ended 31 December 2004 are expected to be        
published towards the end of April 2005.
