Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised as follows:                     
Annual report                                                                   
Further to Cashbuild"s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2004,         
published on 25 August 2004, the annual report was posted on Friday, 12 November
2004. The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned         
published audited results.                                                      
Annual general meeting                                                          
The annual general meeting of the members of Cashbuild will be held at 10:00 on 
Monday, 6 December 2004 at the company"s registered office, cnr Aeroton and     
Aerodrome Roads, Aeroton, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
