Disposal of interest in OpenTV Corp.                                            
Shareholders of MIHH and Naspers are referred to the announcement made by MIHH  
on 18 June 2002 advising that MIHH shareholders had voted in favour of the      
proposed disposal by OTV Holdings Limited ("OTV"), an indirect wholly owned     
subsidiary of MIH Limited, of its interest in OpenTV Corp.                      
The outstanding conditions precedent have now been met and the disposal of      
OpenTV Corp completed.
