Application to the Competition Tribunal and further cautionary announcement
Further to the announcement of 14 December 2001, Natchix and Astral

shareholders are advised that on the 19 February 2002 the Competition
Tribunal will consider the appeal lodged by Astral.

A further announcement will be published as soon as the Competition Tribunal
has reported its findings.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in
dealing in their shares until a further announcement is made.
