In compliance with Rules 3.72 - 3.75 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the      
following information is disclosed:                                             
On the 13th February 2003 Rolrose Investments (Pty) Ltd sold 880 Italtile       
Limited ordinary shares at 6500 cents per share. Mr. G.A.M. Ravazzotti an       
executive director of Italtile Limited is the sole director of Rolrose. His     
interest in the transaction is indirect non beneficial. Rolrose is a wholly     
owned subsidiary of Rallen (Pty) Ltd. The issued share capital of Rallen is held
as follows - Babic Anstalt, Vaduz (40%), Slia International Holdings (10%) and  
the Ravazzotti Family Trust (50%).
