PUBLICATION OF AUDITED CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2018

Shareholders and bondholders ("security holders") are referred to the preliminary audited summarised consolidated
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 ("preliminary audited results") which were published on SENS
on 17 August 2018 and are advised that the annual integrated report containing the audited financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2018 ("AFS") has been published and is available on Resilient's website:
https://cmsignition.co.za/download/files_1208/IntegratedReport30June2018.pdf. The AFS contain no changes from
the preliminary audited results published on SENS.

Security holders are further advised that the annual integrated report, together with the notice of annual general
meeting, is anticipated to be posted on or about 9 October 2018 and a further announcement will be released in due
course.
