TRADING STATEMENT AND RESULTS PRESENTATION

1. TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a
trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the
next period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.

The Company hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that for the year
ended 28 February 2021:

-       headline earnings per share will be between 33.58 cents and 34.82 cents, representing
        an increase of between 642% and 662% compared to the headline loss per share of
        6.2 cents reported for the year ended 29 February 2020; and

-       earnings per share will be between 21.58 cents and 49.63 cents, representing an
        increase of between 104% and 109% compared to the loss per share of 561 cents
        reported for the year ended 29 February 2020.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the auditors of the Company. Shareholders should note that there are certain
restatements to the financial results for the year ended 29 February 2020, the full details of
which will be set out in the announcement of the audited results for the year ended 28 February
2021 which are expected to be published on 31 May 2021.

2. RESULTS PRESENTATION

In line with the South African Government’s announced restrictions regarding the Coronavirus,
the results presentation will take place electronically on 31 May 2021, 10:00 am.
