Trust released the following number of British American Tobacco p.l.c. 25p ordinary shares
(the “Shares”) granted to the following Executive Directors and persons discharging
managerial responsibilities under the 2019 Deferred Share Bonus Scheme (“2019 Award”).
Subsequent sales of shares are also set out below.
