NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2019

The fifteenth annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Friday 25 October 2019 at:

to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting (“AGM Notice”).

The AGM Notice of the company is being distributed today (2 September 2019) to shareholders.

Set out below are the salient dates for the AGM:

 register of the company in order to be entitled to receive the AGM Notice                         Friday, 23 August
 Should you wish to participate in the Annual General Meeting by way of electronic
 communication, you are required to give notice of such proposed participation to the
 company, as stipulated in the AGM Notice, by no later than 12h00 on                               Friday, 4 October
 Record date for the purpose of determining which shareholders of the company are
 entitled to participate in and vote at the AGM                                                   Friday, 18 October
 For administrative reasons, Forms of Proxy in respect of the AGM to be lodged at the
 company’s transfer secretaries by 08h30 on                                                    Wednesday, 23 October
 Forms of Proxy not lodged with the company’s transfer secretaries to be handed to the
 company secretary before the proxy exercises the rights of the shareholder at the AGM            Friday, 25 October
 AGM to be held at 08h30 on                                                                       Friday, 25 October
