in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002

Holders of the Satrix Quality South Africa Portfolio securities are
referred to the announcement published on SENS by Satrix Collective
Investment Scheme on 13 September 2023 regarding the proposed change
in the name to Satrix Quality South Africa ETF.

The ballot was successful and the name change will be effective from
01 December 2023.

South Africa Portfolio to Satrix Quality South Africa ETF are as
