SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X

Merafe is pleased to advise shareholders that the Company’s ordinary shares will be admitted to trade
on A2X, as a secondary listing, with effect from Wednesday, 21 June 2023 (“A2X Listing Date”).

Merafe will retain its primary listing on the securities exchange operated by the JSE Limited (“JSE”) and
its listing thereon and issued share capital will be unaffected by the secondary listing on A2X. The
Company’s ordinary shares will be available for trade on both the JSE and A2X from the A2X Listing
Date.

A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue for companies and
is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Prudential Authority of the South African
Reserve Bank, in terms of the Financial Markets Act, No. 19 of 2012.
