Short-Form Announcement: Trustco Group Holdings Limited - Interim Results for the Six Months
Ended 31 March 2021 and Change in Financial Year End
Trustco herewith publishes its unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months
ended 31 March 2021 (“Interim Results”), which Interim Results are compared to the six months
ended 31 March 2020 (“Corresponding Period”).
1. Abridged Results
• An increase in revenue by 47%, being revenue of NAD 198.8 million, compared to the revenue
of the Corresponding Period of NAD 135.2 million.
• An increase in loss before tax resulting in a loss before tax of NAD 297.5 million compared to
the loss before tax of the Corresponding Period of NAD 49 million.
• An increase in headline losses resulting in a headline loss of NAD 207.3 million compared to
the headline loss of the Corresponding Period of NAD 69.0 million.
• An increase in headline loss per share (HLPS) resulting in a HLPS of 13.20 cents compared to
the HLPS of the Corresponding Period of 5.77 cents.
• An increase in basic losses resulting in a basic loss of NAD 208.5 million compared to the basic
losses of the Corresponding Period of NAD 79.0 million.
• An increase in basic loss per share (LPS) resulting in an LPS of 13.28 cents compared to the LPS
of the Corresponding Period of 6.61 cents.
• No dividends have been declared for the 6 months period ending 31 March 2021 which is
unchanged from the previous Corresponding Period.

4. Change in financial year end of the Company
Shareholders are advised that the board approved the amendment to the financial year of the
Company by moving the financial year-end 1 month earlier, from 30 September to the 31
August.
The financial year of the Company will therefore change from 1 October - 30 September to 1
September - 31 August. The subsidiaries within the Trustco group of companies will align their
financial year with that of Trustco Group Holdings.
Trustco will therefore publish its financial results for the 11 months ending 31 August 2021 by
no later than 30 November 2021 and will distribute its annual financial statements within one
month thereafter.
