Shareholders of Italtile are advised that, due to the untimely passing of Mr    
Gianpaolo Ravazzotti, Mr GAM Ravazzotti will, with immediate effect, take on the
role as Executive Chairman for the Italtile Group.  Mr Ravazzotti will be       
responsible for all management functions and, as such, will ensure that the day-
to-day business affairs of the Company are taken care of.                       
Italtile`s interim report will be released on SENS on Thursday, 17 February     
2011, as planned.
