Listing of additional 1nvestPlatinum debentures – ETFPLT and ENXPLT(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 08 January 2021, issued an additional 1,550,000
1nvestPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R162.8326 per additional
1nvestPlatinum debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 15,143.670 fine troy
ounces of Platinum Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 31,385,000 1nvestPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 306,819.040 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.
