LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD PLATINUM DEBENTURES

NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 2,500,000 NewGold
Platinum Debentures in two separate tranches, following subscriptions in respect of approximately
24,598.071 fine troy ounces of platinum.
