Notice of annual general meeting

A notice of annual general meeting for Fortress shareholders, to be held in the Company's registered office,
Block C, Cullinan Place, Cullinan Close, Morningside, 2196, and via video conference, at 11:00 on Monday,
1 December 2025 (the "AGM"), has been dispatched to shareholders and is available on the Company's website

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 18 November 2025,

purposes, shareholders are requested to submit their duly completed forms of proxy to the Company's transfer
secretaries by 11:00 on Friday, 28 November 2025.
