SECTION 122 NOTICE

In accordance with Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and Section 3.83
(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that on 31 March 2023,
the Company received formal notification that Value Capital Partners Proprietary Limited (“VCP”),
which is the registered investment manager to Value Capital Partner H4 QI Hedge fund and
various other funds, has acquired ordinary shares of Sun International such that their beneficial
interest has increased to 25.05% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.


The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement,
and to the best of their knowledge and belief, that information is true, and this announcement does
