CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES STRUCTURE

As part of the Board's ongoing efforts to optimise its governance structures and following the recent
Board appointments, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Altron Board
committees structure, effective from 3 November 2025:

1. Mr. Harvey Christophers and Ms. Nonzukiso ("Zukie") Siyotula have been appointed to the
   Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
2. Mr. Harvey Christophers has been appointed to the Investment Committee.
3. Mr. Grigoris Kouteris has been appointed to the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee
   (subject to approval by shareholders at the 2026 annual general meeting).
