UPDATE ON FSCA INVESTIGATIONS
Trustco shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the SENS announcement dated 28
May 2018 where it was announced that the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (the “FSCA”)
was conducting investigations into the trading activities of Trustco Group Holdings Limited’s
share (“TTO Securities”), trading on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited (the
“JSE”).
It is important to note that the investigations are into trading by Shareholders of TTO
Securities, trading on the JSE and not into the operations of the Company or the affairs of
the Company.
The FSCA has over time investigated the trading in securities of Trustco on 5 occasions.
The FSCA informed Trustco that after careful consideration 4 of these investigations were
closed. Trustco operates in a regulated environment with internal policies and procedures
of the highest standard.
