SECTION 122 NOTICE

In accordance with Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 and Section 3.83
(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that on 28 May 2018, the
Company received formal notification that Value Capital Partners Proprietary Limited (“VCP”),
who are the advisors to Peregrine Fund Platform Proprietary Limited, the registered fund
investment manager for various funds advised by VCP, has acquired ordinary shares of Sun
International, such that their beneficial interest has increased to 5.19% of the total issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
