NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that annual reports (including notice of the annual general meetings of the
company for 2017 and subsequent years) will be circulated to all shareholders of the Company, who have
opened a Central Securities Depository (CSD) account. The reports will be sent electronically to the
respective e-mail addresses provided at the CSD, 21 days in advance of the date finalised by the board
of directors for the annual general meetings.

Shareholders who:
    •   do not wish to receive the annual reports electronically by e-mail;
    •   have not provided their e-mail address to CSD;
    •   wish to receive annual reports electronically by e-mail;
    •   have not yet opened a CSD account; and/or
    •   wish to change their e-mail address
