VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company allotted 5,384,908 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each during the month of
November 2014. 127,047 shares were allotted on 12 November in connection with employee
share option exercises. 5,257,861 shares were allotted on 25 November pursuant to the
Company’s Scrip Dividend Scheme. As a result of these allotments, the Company’s issued
share capital now consists of 1,316,838,051 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting
rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is 1,316,838,051.
The above figure of 1,316,838,051 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a
change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
