Ms Chetty is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in corporate law, compliance and company secretarial practice gained across a range of sectors that include financial services, banking, insurance, professional services and healthcare. Prior to joining SPAR, Ms Chetty held senior company secretarial and governance roles at FirstRand Limited, African Bank Limited and Momentum-Metropolitan Holdings Limited, where she gained extensive experience in board support, regulatory engagement and corporate governance frameworks.
