SHAREHOLDER ENGAGEMENT ON REMUNERATION POLICY AND IMPLEMENTATION REPORT
Shareholders of Truworths ("shareholders") are referred to the announcement of the results of
annual general meeting published on SENS on Friday, 7 November 2025. Subsequent to the
outcome of the non-binding advisory votes on the company's remuneration policy and
implementation report, the board of directors of Truworths ("board") has received constructive
shareholder feedback and remains committed to transparent engagement.
In accordance with the recommendations of the King IV Report on Corporate Governance for
South Africa, 2016 and the requirements of paragraph 3.84(j) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Truworths will host an Engagement Meeting at 11h00 (CAT) on Wednesday,
26 November 2025 to discuss the company's remuneration policy and implementation report.
Shareholders wishing to attend should confirm participation by Monday, 24 November 2025 via
email to: InvestorRelations@truworths.co.za. A meeting link will be provided upon confirmation.
The board values shareholders' continued involvement in these governance matters.
