CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND GROUP COMPANY
SECRETARY

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS earlier today regarding changes to
the directorate, board committees and group company secretary. That announcement incorrectly stated
that Prof Hlengani Mathebula was appointed as an independent non-executive director on 27 June
2003. The correct year of appointment is 2023.

Other than the correction set out above, all other information contained in that announcement remains
unchanged.
