In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised of the following changes in the
composition of the Audit Committee effective 6 March 2020:

Appointment of Ms TE Mashilwane and resignation of Mr K
Makwane.

Following the above changes the committee will comprise of
Messrs JP Verster (Chairman), JD McKenzie and Ms TE Mashilwane.
