AMENDMENT TO DIRECTOR’S DECLARATION

In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Bidvest
advises that the Schedule 13 director’s declaration (“Director’s Declaration”) for
Nonzukiso Siyotula has been amended to state that a company of which she has been a
director in the past 12 months, being Constantia Insurance Company Limited, has been
placed into provisional liquidation.

The amended Director’s Declaration has been submitted to the JSE.
