Further to Italtile"s reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2003 which    
were published on Wednesday, 6 August 2003, shareholders are advised that the   
annual financial statements were posted on Tuesday, 30 September and contain no 
modifications to the aforementioned reviewed results.                           
Italtile"s annual financial statements as referred to above, were audited by    
Ernst & Young.                                                                  
Notice Of The Annual General Meeting                                            
Notice has been given that the annual general meeting of Italtile"s shareholders
will be held in the Boardroom, the Italtile Centre Building, cnr William Nicol  
Drive and Peter Place, Bryanston, on Friday, 21 November 2003 at 15h00 to       
transact the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming
part of the annual financial statements.
