UPDATE TO RESULTS OF DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT ALTERNATIVE


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 25 October 2021 (“the DRIP results
announcement”) regarding the results of the election to reinvest the cash dividend of 336.52921 cents per share for the
2021 financial year (the “cash dividend”) in return for Hyprop shares (the “share reinvestment alternative”).

Subsequent to releasing the DRIP results announcement, Hyprop has been advised by its transfer secretary that, due to an
administrative error by the transfer secretary, the number of new Hyprop shares to be issued and the cash being retained by
Hyprop pursuant to the share reinvestment alternative were incorrectly reported by the transfer secretary to Hyprop, and
therefore were incorrectly stated in the DRIP results announcement. The revised results of the share reinvestment alternative
are as follows:
