CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY
Resignation:
In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that
Mr. JJ Mouton has resigned as non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 3 September 2012.
The board wishes to thank Mr. Mouton for his contributions
during his tenure as director of Capevin and wish him well with
his future endeavours.
Appointment:
Shareholders are further advised that Mr. Norman Celliers has
been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with
immediate effect.
Mr. Celliers holds a B.Eng (Civil) degree from the University of
Stellenbosch and an MBA from the University of Oxford
(England). His professional experience includes
engineering, management consulting and private equity in South
Africa and abroad. Currently he is the Chief Executive Officer
of Zeder Investments Limited.
The board welcomes the appointment of Mr. Celliers as a director
of Capevin and looks forward to his contribution.
