Shareholders are advised that the Company's IFRS audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2023
("IFRS AFS") which sets out the key audit matters and the basis for the unmodified audit opinion, has been published
and is available on the Company's website: https://investor.mixtelematics.com/financials/annual-reports/default.aspx.
The IFRS AFS contain no changes from the reviewed preliminary IFRS results for the full fiscal year 2023 which were
published on May 25, 2023.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company's annual report on Form 10-K containing the audited U.S. GAAP
annual financial statements for the full fiscal year 2023 has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission
("SEC") and is available on the Company's website: https://investor.mixtelematics.com/financials/annual-
reports/default.aspx and on the SEC Edgar website: www.sec.gov.
The Company's proxy statement containing the notice of annual general meeting of the Company will be distributed to
shareholders by no later than Friday, July 28, 2023. Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of
shareholders of MiX Telematics will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. (South African time), and
not on Thursday, September 7, 2023 as previously disclosed in the reviewed preliminary IFRS results for the full fiscal
year 2023 which were published on May 25, 2023. Further details relating to the annual general meeting will be available
in the Company's proxy statement.
