CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF REBOSIS

In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the appointed joint Business Rescue Practitioners
(the "BRPs") and board of directors of Rebosis (the “Board”) hereby notify shareholders that the
following directors, who are all independent non-executive directors, have resigned from the Board
and its various Board committees with effect from 31 October 2022:

    •   Mr Kameel Keshav (Chairman);
    •   Mr Mervyn Burton;
    •   Mr Lloyd Pengilly;
    •   Mr Shaun Naidoo; and
    •   Mr Paul Serote.

The remaining Board member(s) and the BRPs would like to thank the aforementioned outgoing
Board members for their contribution and services to the Company and wish them all the success for
their future endeavours.

Following the above resignations, the Board consists of four executive directors and one non-
executive director. The Board and the BRPs are in the process of considering the composition of the
board committees and will provide an update in due course.
