MEETING AND 2019 INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, shareholders are advised as follows:-

Annual Statutory Report

Sun International shareholders are advised that an Annual Statutory Report of the Company for the year
ended 31 December 2019, which incorporates, inter alia, a notice of Annual General Meeting, explanatory
notes, the Company’s remuneration policy and implementation report and a form of proxy was distributed to
Sun International shareholders today, Thursday, 26 March 2020. The complete set of audited consolidated
financial statements (including the external auditor, audit committee and directors’ reports for the year ended
31 December 2019), plus the Company’s corporate governance report are all available on Sun
International’s website at www.suninternational.com/investors

The complete audited consolidated financial statements, which appear on the Company’s website, contain
no changes or modifications to the audited summary group financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2019, which were released on the Stock Exchange News Service on Monday, 16 March 2020.
PWC Inc. audited the financial statements of Sun International and their report is available for inspection at
the registered office of the company.

Sun International 2019 Integrated Annual Report

Sun International’s shareholders are also advised that the Company’s 2019 integrated annual report for the
financial year ended 31 December 2019, will be posted on Sun International’s website at
https://ir2019.suninternational.com/, on Wednesday, 1 April 2020.

Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 09:00 on
Tuesday, 12 May 2020 at The Maslow Hotel, Corner Grayston Drive and Rivonia Road, Sandton,
Johannesburg.

The board of directors of the Company, has determined, in accordance with Section 59 of the Companies
Act, 71 of 2008, as amended, that the record date for shareholders to be recorded as shareholders in the
securities register of the Company in order to: (i) be entitled to receive the notice of Annual General Meeting
is Friday, 20 March 2020, and (ii) be entitled to attend, participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is
Thursday, 30 April 2020. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend and vote at the Annual
General Meeting is Friday, 24 April 2020.

Shareholders are further advised that the board of the Company is closely monitoring the Coronavirus
pandemic and in particular the Regulations published by the Minister of Co-operative Governance and
Traditional Affairs regarding gatherings and the enforced lockdown, as provided for in terms of the Disaster
Management Act of 2002, as amended. Shareholders will be kept apprised of developments in this regard,
including the means of participating in the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 12 May 2020, should the
lockdown persist.
