APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM COMPANY SECRETARY AND COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 10 February 2025 relating to the
resignation of Simone Shayanne Gounden as company secretary of Sea Harvest effective
30 April 2025, and, in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, are
advised as follows:

Appointment of Interim Company Secretary

Mr Muhummad Brey has been appointed as the Group's interim company secretary with effect from
24 July 2025 until 31 August 2025.

Mr Brey is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Group, and the board of directors considers
Mr Brey to have the requisite knowledge and expertise to act as interim company secretary.

Appointment of Company Secretary

Ms Zantira Annandakrisnan has been appointed as company secretary with effect from
1 September 2025.

Ms Annandakrisnan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of KwaZulu-
Natal and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Ms Annandakrisnan has several years of experience within the corporate and commercial sphere as
well as the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry. She was appointed as the Legal & Compliance
Officer at RFG Holdings Limited in 2022. She thereafter transitioned to a role as Company Secretary
and Head of Legal at RFG Holdings Limited.

The board of directors of Sea Harvest welcomes Ms Annandakrisnan to the position and looks forward
to her contribution to Sea Harvest.
