CHANGE OF FINAL DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

As published on 05 December 2022, the Oceana Board resolved to declare a final ordinary dividend of 291
cents per share for the year ended 30 September 2022.

Due to the President’s recent declaration of 27 December 2022 as a public holiday, the Payment Date of the
final dividend has been amended.


Salient dates are as follows:

Last day to trade cum dividend                 Tuesday, 20 December 2022

Commence trading ex-dividend                   Wednesday, 21 December 2022

Record date                                    Friday, 23 December 2022

Dividend payment date                          Wednesday, 28 December 2022

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 21 December 2022 and
Friday, 23 December 2022, both dates inclusive.
