CHANGE TO THE CURRO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Zitulele Luke Combi
(“KK”), will retire as an independent non-executive director of the Company, as well as
chairperson and as a member on all board committees, with effect from 30 November 2020,
after serving the Company for 8 years since his appointment to the Board on 17 August 2012.

The Board would like to thank KK for his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes
him well in his future endeavours.
