NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PDMR

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMRs and persons closely associated
with them

Each of Andrew Coombs, CEO of Sirius, Alistair Marks, CFO and Rudiger Swoboda,
Managing Director of Sirius Facilities GmbH have today surrendered, for nil cost, 4% of the
awards granted to them under the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan on 9 October
2015 (the “2015 LTIP”) (and which were due to vest based on performance conditions
assessed in part to 2 July 2018).     This is to allow awards to be made instead to 75
employees of the Sirius Real Estate group, who do not currently participate in the 2015
LTIP, none of whom is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities. The numbers of
shares surrendered is set out in the table below.

The Company believes this is a very positive initiative on behalf of the Executive Directors,
and Mr Swoboda.
