ACQUISITION OF 49% OF TRUSTCO FINANCE NAMIBIA – EXTENSION OF DATES

Finbond shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 2
June 2023 and are advised that the parties have agreed to extend the date for
the fulfilment of the conditions precedent from 31 July 2023 to 31 August 2023
and the anticipated effective date from 1 August 2023 to 1 September 2023.
