UPDATE AND FINALISATION OF FSCA INVESTIGATION

As advised previously, on 21 February 2022 the Company was informed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority
(“FSCA”) that the FSCA had initiated an investigation to determine whether any person may have published false,
misleading or deceptive statements, promises and forecasts regarding the past or future performance of the Company
or its securities.

On 20 June 2023, the Group was formally notified that the FSCA had closed its investigation on the basis that the
evidence did not disclose any contravention of section 81 of the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012, and therefore no
enforcement steps are contemplated against any person arising from the investigation.
